When roasted or grilled, these thin walled 2 to 4 inch peppers easily blister and char to reveal a rich flavor that is delicious with coarse salt and lemon juice. Note: Occasionally some fruit will display heat.

This prolific pepper that is typically harvested and used green, this pepper will eventually turns orange and red and develop a sweeter flavor.
