Prepare your ginger for use and storage - it's all about roots, rhizomes and greens. By embracing the whole plant, pulled from our nutrient rich soil, you will gain new appreciation for this delicious, nutritious and medicinal plant.
Preserve the harvest - we will show you how to prepare your fresh ginger for year-long freezer storage and provide you with the opportunity to process your ginger fresh from the ground during the workshop.(Ginger sold separately - pre-order here).
