How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
 

Shipping

Small and large items are shipped via UPS and by truck. Call or email for shipping prices. Orders that are shipped by truck are subject a nominal handling charge.

You will be notified with the shipping date for your order. Shipping charges reflect the price we are quoted from your chosen method of shipment plus a nominal 10 - 15% charge for packaging and handling.  If an item is not in stock, you will be contacted via email with an estimated ship date.  Some items on our site are drop ship items and may ship directly from our vendors.

To cancel any scheduled future shipments, we require a notice of 7 business days prior to shipment going out.

On all orders, please inspect all packages before signing for accuracy of number of packages as well as damage.  

For freight deliveries, please check your order to make sure that the order is complete and undamaged before signing the bill of lading. Windcrest Farm will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods unless you have made a note on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for shipping damage.  All claims related to such damage must be filed directly to shipper.

Receipt of Your Order
It is extremely important to check your order upon receipt. Please notify us IMMEDIATELY if there is a shortage, damage or any other discrepancy with your order.

Return and Cancellation Policy
All returns must have an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please call our Customer Care department. Return merchandise must be returned within 30 days for a refund on the cost of the product only, subject to the merchandise being in a resalable condition and in its original packaging.  Please indicate the reason for your return on a copy of the enclosed invoice. Shipping charges are non refundable. Products must be returned at customer’s expense. There are no returns on live product.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added to all items delivered to an North Carolina address unless we have an exempt form on file.

I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
